Nutrition Programs

The Nova Targeted Nutritional Program includes an initial comprehensive evaluation with a dietitian or nutritionist; three follow up sessions, resting metabolic rate measurement (RMR) and a personalized meal plan. This evaluation includes a health history, caloric intake/ nutrient ratio, and an assessment of lifestyle, eating patterns, portion size, and nutrition.

Non-Cooking Schedule

Our Non-Cooking, Cooking Classes are still going strong. Each class illustrates three to four tasty and healthy meals which can be prepared without the use of a stove or the oven.
